Meet Kerri

As an abuse survivor and recovering self-loather, I know the obstacles we face to loving ourselves.  And I know how vital that love is, not just for ourselves but for how we love and are loved by family and friends and Our Lord Himself! As an ICF trained life coach, I now enjoy helping individuals like you navigate the path to self-love. Through my own challenges and triumphs and lots of prayer, I've developed an approach to self love that blends faith and self-discovery. I am thrilled to share my knowledge and support your growth towards embracing your God-given dignity and worth. My goal is to empower you on your journey to self love, not in a prideful way but in a Divine way as Our Lord commands.
